Uri Kenig, CEO of Cambridge Spa Group
Originally from Israel and residing in the US over the last 16 years, Uri is an Operating Partner of Garnett Station Partners. Prior to joining GSP, Uri worked at Burger King Worldwide in various capacities, most recently as a Vice President of Franchise Operations, overseeing more than 1200 Burger Kings in 13 states with total sales of $1.5B, and generating ~$70MM in EBITDA for BKC. In 2014, Uri was assigned to turn around the entire business for Burger King Canada, and spent 10 months stabilizing the business as the interim COO for the Master Franchisee. Prior experience includes Freshii and KNB Restaurants. Uri received his B.S with Honors from UNLV and holds a Six Sigma certificate from McKinsey & Company.
Klaus Grimm, President
Originally from Austria, Klaus Grimm, graduated from the Danube University, Austria, with a hotel management degree. Before acquiring his first Massage Envy in 2012 Klaus worked in sales and management for Fortune 100 companies (AT&T, WellPoint) and successfully sold his first venture to Deluxe Corp in 2011. Before partnering with GSP, Klaus grew from 1 to 8 Massage Envy’s within four years in CA and NV by both acquiring existing units as well as constructing new ones. In four years Klaus grew from 25 employees to 230 employees and was among the leading Massage Envy franchisees.
Jill Lillaney, COO of Cambridge Spa Group
With a vast background in franchise ownership and operations, Jill brings a depth of expertise and knowledge to franchise businesses. Prior to Cambridge Spa Group, Jill has owned and operated Burger King Restaurants in Nevada and California with over $25 MM in sales. As a BK Franchisee, she has served on the Excellence Council, received the Brand Leadership Award and was a consistent leader on all brand metrics. Jill has also provided consulting expertise for CEOs of corporations looking to re-structure, focus on growth or analyze and resolve specific challenges. She has served on various boards including the BK Foundation and the Nevada Discovery Museum Board. Jill received a MBA and Bachelor of Science in Business from San Francisco State University.
Adam Hebert, VP of Marketing
Adam is the VP of Marketing for Cambridge Spa Group. Before joining Cambridge, Adam worked at Burger King Corporation in several capacities, most recently as Marketing Manager for the Pacific Northwest based out of Seattle. Previously he was Senior Analyst in Performance Analytics, where he oversaw the day-to-day sales, competitive, and consumer behavior analytics of 3500 restaurants across the United States. Adam received a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, concentrating in Management and Global Analysis with a minor in French.
Dominique Brewer, Director of Operations
Dominique has been with Massage Envy for 6 years. Originally from San Diego, CA, she moved to Reno in 2016 and quickly became an integral part of the management team as she helped propel the performance of the existing clinics and helped in their stellar growth. Prior to Massage Envy, Dominique had a proven management history in health and wellness franchises. She pursued her degree in Architecture, but soon realized she enjoyed business and management. Dominique has a passion for retail revenue, store-level profitability, and operations management.
