Ken Ratliff, Co-President & COO
Ken Ratliff is Co-President and COO for the Cambridge Automotive Group. Before joining Cambridge, Ken gained valuable experience across multiple industries with companies such as Mobil Oil, Jack In The Box, Whataburger, Corinthian Colleges, YUM! Brands and MAACO. It was at Mobil that he learned about retail operations through providing accounting support, setting gasoline prices at both the wholesale and retail levels, and helping to establish the On The Run convenience store brand. At Jack In the Box, Ken took over the worst performing group in the company and moved it to the elite Circle Of Excellence for three straight years. Corinthian Colleges gave Ken a solid foundation in adult education and learning styles, which he has utilized with great success. Just prior to joining Cambridge, Ken was a Regional Operations Director for MAACO, where he led his team to record sales. Ken is known for his ability to take struggling businesses and turn them around through a focus on people, service and business fundamentals.

Simon Tisminesky, Co-President & CFO
Simon Tisminesky is Co-President for the Cambridge Automotive Group, where he is mainly responsible for Development, Finance, and Human Resources. Before Cambridge, Simon was Vice-President of Emerging Brands at Driven Brands, and Financial Director and Marketing Director at Burger King. He has extensive restructuring experience in portfolio companies for Private Equity firms like Harvest Partners, 3G Capital, Fidelity and ACON Investments. Simon’s marketing and supply chain background include major consulting projects at Bausch & Lomb, Black & Decker, and Kraft Foods. Simon holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, and an M. Eng. in Manufacturing Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.

Richard Twitchell, Director
Richard Twitchell brings over 28 years of hands on experience in the retail automotive industry. Richard has held various positions with the former 1-Day Paint & Body Centers as a successful General Manager and Operations Auditor. He led the Regulatory and Environmental Compliance department navigating the intricate laws in California related to Air quality and Hazardous Waste. Richard attended College of the Canyons and lives in Southern California with his Wife and Daughters.

David Rodriguez, Director
David is a Director with Cambridge Automotive Group. Prior to joining Cambridge, David worked at Burger King Corporation in several different roles, most recently as Manager of Franchise Performance overseeing 80+ restaurants in the Southern and Central California markets. His prior experience includes work with Sallie Mae Student Loans and the California State Senate. David received his B.S. in Business Management from Pepperdine University.

Lucas Rivera, Director
Prior to joining Cambridge Automotive Group, Lucas was a Manager of Franchise Performance for Burger King Corporation responsible for overseeing restaurant operations for 89 restaurants in the state of Oregon. Prior to his role as MFP in Oregon, Lucas succeeded in different capacities with Burger King Corporation. As a part of the finance team, Lucas was responsible for the collection of ~$10M per month with a success rate of ~97%. As part of the development team, Lucas supported the field teams in successfully opening ~100 new restaurants in 2014. Lucas also comes to Cambridge with extensive sales experience across multiple industries. Lucas received both his B.A. and MBA from Florida International University in his hometown of Miami, FL. 

Laura Sumpter, Director
Laura brings over eight years of management experience to her role as Director of Operations, Cambridge Automotive Group.  She has five years’ experience in franchise operations management and development with Burger King and Balboa Brands.  Prior to her role in franchise management, she served as operations manager in the hospitality industry with a special focus on customer service and process management.  Laura has a Masters Degree in Coaching and a BA in Communications from Concordia University.

Jason Eagar, Director
Jason has been part of the automotive industry for more than 25 years. Jason managed MAACO’s first truck facility and the largest paint booth in the region, painting everything up to 100 ton cranes. Most recently Jason worked as a technician trainer for 46 car dealers in Las Vegas. Jason performed time studies and implemented efficiency plans to maximize each techs daily potential. Jason joined Cambridge Auto Group in December of 2015 and oversaw the remodel and opening of 2 centers. Jason is a certified ASE Master Tech.

Kieara Patterson, Director
Kieara is a Director with Cambridge Automotive Group. Prior to joining Cambridge, Kieara was a District Manager for company restaurants with Burger King Corporation. During her stint with Burger King, she was also a Manager of Franchise Performance, in which she provided operational support to 105 franchise restaurants from Louisiana to the Florida Panhandle. She has vast management and operations experience in the retail industry, as well. Kieara received her B.S. in Business Administration from Florida International University.
