Bryan Burlison, COO
Bryan is the Divisional Vice President for Cambridge Auto Group. Most recently Bryan was a Regional Vice President for Maaco Franchising and has over 14 years’ experience in the retail automotive aftermarket. Prior to joining Maaco, Bryan held executive positions with industry leaders Mail Boxes Etc. (The UPS Store), Avis Rent A Car and EarthLite. Bryan received a B.S. in Business Administration from the State University of New York at New Paltz. He resides in Virginia City, Nevada with his wife and children.

Adam Hebert, VP of Marketing and Finance
Adam is the VP of Marketing and Finance for the Cambridge Automotive Group. Before joining Cambridge, Adam worked at Burger King Corporation in several capacities, most recently as Marketing Manager for the Pacific Northwest based out of Seattle. Previously he was Senior Analyst in Performance Analytics, where he oversaw the day-to-day sales, competitive, and consumer behavior analytics of 3500 restaurants across the United States. Adam received a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, concentrating in Management and Global Analysis with a minor in French.

Lucas Rivera, Director of Operations – California
Prior to joining Cambridge Automotive Group, Lucas was a Manager of Franchise Performance for Burger King Corporation responsible for overseeing restaurant operations for 89 restaurants in the state of Oregon. Prior to his role as MFP in Oregon, Lucas succeeded in different capacities with Burger King Corporation. As a part of the finance team, Lucas was responsible for the collection of ~$10M per month with a success rate of ~97%. As part of the development team, Lucas supported the field teams in successfully opening ~100 new restaurants in 2014. Lucas also comes to Cambridge with extensive sales experience across multiple industries. Lucas received both his B.A. and MBA from Florida International University in his hometown of Miami, FL. 

Kieara Patterson, Senior GM - California
Kieara is a Director with Cambridge Automotive Group. Prior to joining Cambridge, Kieara was a District Manager for company restaurants with Burger King Corporation. During her stint with Burger King, she was also a Manager of Franchise Performance, in which she provided operational support to 105 franchise restaurants from Louisiana to the Florida Panhandle. She has vast management and operations experience in the retail industry, as well. Kieara received her B.S. in Business Administration from Florida International University.

Lilie Barrientos, Senior GM - California
Lilie Barrientos is a proven top performer in the automotive aftermarket industry . Lilie brings over 24 years of production experience to the table with strong focus on the back end SOP operations, maintaining efficient unit flow. As a past General Manager, she holds numerous awards for sales, overall center performance, and is highly respected by the center teams for her hands-on approach to training and coaching.

Jason Eagar, Director of Operations – Nevada
Jason has been part of the automotive industry for more than 25 years. Jason managed MAACO’s first truck facility and the largest paint booth in the region, painting everything up to 100 ton cranes. Most recently Jason worked as a technician trainer for 46 car dealers in Las Vegas. Jason performed time studies and implemented efficiency plans to maximize each techs daily potential. Jason joined Cambridge Auto Group in December of 2015 and oversaw the remodel and opening of 2 centers. Jason is a certified ASE Master Tech.

Ken Rahman, Director of Operations – Texas
Ken is a Director of Operations for Cambridge Auto Group, leading the Houston market. Prior to joining CAG Ken held various positions at NAPA, Auto Zone, and Earl Scheib Corporation's Organizational Development and Management Revitalization teams. Ken provided superior leadership during critical transition phases, including hiring professional and technical staff, implementing budget reductions, writing business plans, and installing effective management information systems. Ken has recruited, trained and mentored over 100 people who are now Assistants or Managers in various markets across the country. His teams have turned around underperforming stores into regional and national sales leaders. Ken is a Subject Matter Expert in the management and Sales teams. Ken attended Houston Community College. Ken is also ASE Certified.
