Matt Perelman,
Managing Partner & Co-founder
Matt is a Managing Partner and Co-founder of Garnett Station Partners. Prior to GSP, he worked at L Catterton Partners, a leading consumer and retail focused private equity firm with $12 billion of capital under management. At L Catterton, Matt focused on the restaurant and retail sector, prior experience includes Noodles & Co., First Watch Restaurants, Mendocino Farms Sandwich Market and Protein Bar. Before L Catterton, Matt worked in the Investment Banking Division of Citigroup where he executed a number of M&A and Leveraged Finance transactions. He received an MBA with honors from Harvard Business School where he was selected as an Arthur Rock Center Fellow and a B.S.B.A. in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis. Matt is a Trustee of the Heckscher Foundation for Children and a Board Member of Reading Partners, New York. Matt lives with his wife Annabel and their daughter in New York City.

Alex Sloane,
Managing Partner & Co-founder
Alex is a Managing Partner and Co-founder of Garnett Station Partners. Prior to GSP, Alex worked in private equity at Apollo Global Management, where he focused on transactions in the industrials, business services, gaming and real estate sectors. Prior to Apollo, Alex worked at Goldman Sachs in the firm’s Industrials Investment Banking Group. He is a Trustee of the Heckscher Foundation for Children, New York Needs You and Citizen's Committee for New York City. Alex received an MBA with Honors from Harvard Business School and an A.B. with Honors in Government and Economics from Harvard College.

Howard Norowitz, Operating Partner and Chief Admin Officer
Howard is a Partner and the Chief Administrative Officer of Garnett Station Partners. Prior to GSP, Howard was principal of HN Consulting where he served as a consultant and board member for companies going through operational and/or capital structure realignment. Prior to HN Consulting, Howard was a partner and founding member of Stone Lion Capital where he focused on investments in stressed, distressed and special situations and helped grow the firm from its initial $200MM AUM to over $1.5BN. Prior to Stone Lion, Howard focused on debt and equity investments as a Managing Director in Bear Stearns’ proprietary distressed investment group, led a restructuring team at GE Capital and was a member of Citibank’s institutional recovery management group. Howard received his MBA from the University of Chicago and is a graduate of the US Military Academy at West Point.

Brady Perrigo, Partner
Brady is a Partner of Garnett Station Partners. Prior to GSP, Brady worked at Angelo, Gordon & Co., a $26 billion investment firm, where he focused on Consumer & Retail private equity transactions. While at Angelo Gordon, Brady focused on the firm’s investments in Benihana, Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, Kings Supermarkets & Balducci’s Food Markets, and Crunch Fitness Centers. Prior to Angelo Gordon, Brady worked in the Investment Banking Division of Citigroup, with a primary focus on Mergers & Acquisitions. Brady received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and received a B.B.A. in Finance, Investment & Banking from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.

Jordan Garay, Principal
Prior to GSP, Jordan worked in private equity at Consonance Capital, where he focused on transactions in the healthcare sector. Prior to Consonance, Jordan worked at J.P. Morgan in the firm's Healthcare Investment Banking Group. At GSP, Jordan focuses on Business Development efforts for Cambridge Automotive Group where he sources and executes on M&A opportunities. Jordan holds a BBA in Finance from Emory University in Atlanta.

Brian Burke, Vice President
Prior to GSP, Brian was Vice President of Finance and Business Development at Verity Wine Partners, a New York-based importer and distributor of fine wines. Before Verity, he worked at Auster Capital Partners (now RunTide Capital). At Auster Capital, Brian executed investments across a broad range of transactions including venture, growth equity, recapitalizations and restructurings. Brian received an MBA from Harvard Business School and an A.B. in Economics from Brown University. Brian is a Board Member of Verity Wine Partners and serves on the Brown Annual Fund’s Young Leadership Council.

Daniella Turenshine, Vice President
Prior to GSP, Daniella worked in private equity at Avista Capital Partners, where she focused on transactions in the consumer, healthcare and media sectors. Prior to Avista, Daniella worked at Credit Suisse in the firm’s Technology, Media and Telecom Investment Banking Group. Daniella received an MBA from Harvard Business School and an A.B. with High Honors in Finance and Economics from Princeton University.

Andrew Roberts
Prior to GSP, Andrew worked in management consulting at McKinsey, focusing on projects in both the Business Technology and Merger Management practices. At GSP, he works as the Director of Performance Analysis for Fridababy. Andrew has a J.D. from Stanford Law School and a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Alexander Peskind, Associate
Alexander is an Associate at Garnett Station Partners and the Director of Business Development for Cambridge Automotive Group. Prior to joining GSP Alexander worked in the Financial Sponsors group at Nomura focusing on transactions in the technology and consumer space. Alexander received a B.S.B.A. in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis and worked at FTL Capital, one of the preeminent boutique private equity firms in the Midwest, while at school in St. Louis.
