Matt Perelman,
Managing Partner & Co-founder
Matt is a Managing Partner and Co-founder of Garnett Station Partners. Prior to GSP, he worked at L Catterton Partners, a leading consumer and retail focused private equity firm with $12 billion of capital under management. At L Catterton, Matt focused on the restaurant and retail sector, prior experience includes Noodles & Co., First Watch Restaurants, Mendocino Farms Sandwich Market and Protein Bar. Before L Catterton, Matt worked in the Investment Banking Division of Citigroup where he executed a number of M&A and Leveraged Finance transactions. He received an MBA with honors from Harvard Business School where he was selected as an Arthur Rock Center Fellow and a B.S.B.A. in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis. Matt has a younger brother, Grant, and lives with his fiancée, who he has known since he was 10 years old.

Alex Sloane,
Managing Partner & Co-founder
Alex is a Managing Partner and Co-founder of Garnett Station Partners. Prior to GSP, Alex worked in private equity at Apollo Global Management, where he focused on transactions in the industrials, business services, gaming and real estate sectors. Prior to Apollo, Alex worked at Goldman Sachs in the firm’s Industrials Investment Banking Group. He is a Trustee of the Heckscher Foundation for Children, New York Needs You and Citizen's Committee for New York City. Alex received an MBA with Honors from Harvard Business School and an A.B. with Honors in Government and Economics from Harvard College.

Brady Perrigo, Partner
Brady is a Partner of Garnett Station Partners. Prior to GSP, Brady worked at Angelo, Gordon & Co., a $26 billion investment firm, where he focused on Consumer & Retail private equity transactions. While at Angelo Gordon, Brady focused on the firm’s investments in Benihana, Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, Kings Supermarkets & Balducci’s Food Markets, and Crunch Fitness Centers. Prior to Angelo Gordon, Brady worked in the Investment Banking Division of Citigroup, with a primary focus on Mergers & Acquisitions. Brady received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and received a B.B.A. in Finance, Investment & Banking from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.

Uri Kenig, Operating Partner
Originally from Israel and residing in the US over the last 16 years, Uri is an Operating Partner of Garnett Station Partners. Prior to joining GSP, Uri worked at Burger King Worldwide in various capacities, most recently as a Vice President of Franchise Operations, overseeing more than 1200 Burger Kings in 13 states with total sales of $1.5B, and generating ~$70MM in EBITDA for BKC. In 2014, Uri was assigned to turn around the entire business for Burger King Canada, and spent 10 months stabilizing the business as the interim COO for the Master Franchisee. Prior experience includes Freshii and KNB Restaurants. Uri received his B.S with Honors from UNLV and holds a Six Sigma certificate from McKinsey & Company.

Pablo Clarke, General Counsel
Pablo is the General Counsel of Garnett Station Partners. He has focused his legal career primarily on commercial finance and real estate. Prior to joining GSP, Pablo most recently worked at Latham and Watkins, a global corporate law firm, where he structured, negotiated and documented various financing products primarily for the acquisition, development and capitalization of commercial and multifamily real estate. He also has extensive experience in governmental finance including FHA and GNMA secured transactions. Pablo earned his JD from the University of Arizona where he met his wife Aleson. He also holds an MBA from Berkeley and a BA from Princeton University. Pablo and his wife Aleson have two children, Louisiana and Roman.

Alexander Peskind, Associate
Alexander is an Associate at Garnett Station Partners and the Director of Business Development for Cambridge Automotive Group. Prior to joining GSP Alexander worked in the Financial Sponsors group at Nomura focusing on transactions in the technology and consumer space. Alexander received a B.S.B.A. in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis and worked at FTL Capital, one of the preeminent boutique private equity firms in the Midwest, while at school in St. Louis.

Zaahid Khan, Associate
Zaahid has worked as an Associate at Garnett Station Partners for two years. He is currently a rising senior at Harvard College, pursuing a degree in Applied Mathematics and Economics, with a secondary in Computer Science. This past summer, Zaahid worked at QVT Financial, a multi-strategy hedge fund in New York with $4 billion of capital under management, where he focused on arbitrage strategies. Prior to QVT, Zaahid had worked in asset management at UBS and real estate investment at Taubman Centers. In his time at Harvard, Zaahid has served as President of the Harvard College Consulting Group, Vice-President of the Veritas Financial Group, a Partner of the Charles River Growth Fund, and Finance Director of the Harvard Islamic Society. He is also a member of the Harvard Club Golf Team and loves to play soccer in his free time.
